"Whether you are looking to learn guitar basics or advanced techniques, Luke will help you bring your musical aspirations to life! He has been guitar obsessed since age five when he learned the basics from his dad, and he’s been on a quest to learn and improve ever since. In addition to spending twenty years honing his guitar playing skills under teachers he admired, Luke became interested in guitar repair while working at local music stores in his hometown of Indianapolis, IN, and he apprenticed with luthier Scott Campbell of SDC Guitars. Later he became the demonstrator for Trillium Amps, with whom he would go on the road to demo the amps at music trade shows including the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) series.

Luke has always gotten the most enjoyment composing and performing original music, which led him to release two solo albums and join the Midwest’s premiere instrumental group “Tonos Triad,” with whom he recorded and performed over 100 gigs on a nylon string guitar. Luke now lives in Hollywood and is a session guitarist for all styles of music. He is accepting students of all ages and skill levels. From beginners to advanced players, Luke very much encourages his students to be original, think outside the box, and be creative. Luke specializes in advanced techniques such as, sweep picking, finger picking, hybrid picking, speed, string skipping, tapping, and vibrato and whammy tricks. He helps students learn these techniques the proper way to avoid fatigue and injury down the road. Luke also teaches beginner bass and beginner ukulele!"
